THE CLONE ALLIANCE GOES JAPANESE

This one sneaked up on me! Next week the Japanese version of The Clone Alliance hits the stands and I could not be more excited about it.

Here's the cover. I think it's beautiful, but I get excited about the Kanji. I wouldn't trade a Christian McGrath cover in a million years, but the Japanese covers and McGrath's covers complement each other perfectly.

These Japanese covers are really cool. Very well done. Someone needs to work on a Clone series manga. You can split the royalties with me ;)

Sounds like it may have to be a three-way or maybe even a ten-way split, JenMo keeps pushing for a graphic novel. I think Aaron has mentioned it. In fact, as I look back, several of you have.

I'm not greedy :P In fact a Clone series graphic novel would totally be worth shirking the royalties altogether. Do you think you'd rather it be manga style or western style though?

No need to split profits with me. I have zero art ability. I'll just contribute to the cause by buying copies.

Are your books well received in Japan? How do their sales stack up against US sales?

My experience in Manga is pretty slim, a Scott Pilgrim and I think maybe some Pokemons. Pretty pathetic.

The Clone Republic seemed to come and go without making a ripple. It only received two Amazon reviews, a 4-star and a 3-star.
Rogue Clone had an incredible run in Japan. It made it to the top 15 books from foreign authors and was temporarily wedged between two Harry Potter book.

There have been no reviews on Amazon.

Ken, I am not as familiar with ereader formats as many of the people on this blog. I was about to recommend =purchasing it at the Barnes and Nobles site because I think the Amazon version is Kindle specific.
Beyond that, well, maybe we'll get some suggestions for some othe rSad Sam's readers. They really are amazingly savvy. Me, I'm still a paperback reader. It's so embarrassing.

I graduated from Kalani. I hear the football team has a 2-1 record so far this year. That's one more game than they won in the four years I was there.

Whoooooo-hoooo! Go Falcons!
