The Best Graphic Audio Cover So Far, By Far

Well guys, as you may have noticed, I have been just about silent on the old blog for the long, long while.  My apologies. At some point I fell very, very behind on The Clone Apocalypse.  As things now stand, I am pretty well caught up, and  the book is still slated for 2014 release--but not in October.  This time it comes out in December.

Sorry.

In the meantime, Graphic Audio has really stepped it up on the cover of Clone Assassin!

As I have stated many times, I genuinely love their dramatizations.

Sorry I have been so scarce, guys.  In truth, they say that authors who cannot keep up with their blogs are better off not having one.  I wonder if that is true.  I love chatting with you guys, but old Sad Sam's is looking horribly neglected.

I'd rather you check in when you can than just shut it down.

Glad to hear you're caught up on Assassin!!

Good morning, Aaron.

I agree with Aaron. I'd hate to see Sad Sam's shut down.

This is my favorite GA cover for the series. I like that it is clearer than the others.

Agreed, JenMo.

Woot! Just downloaded it and about to embark on another great GA trip.

Thanks, Steven, for the amazing trip so far. Still bummed at you for the reasons I left in your spoiler town blog. ;-)

Cheers!

Wow, thank you for alerting me! I was waiting to hear the sample too patiently. It sounds great. I love Ken Jackson's work. (Jackson directs the books and plays the voice of Harris.)

This could be their best one so far.

Gotta agree with Aaron and JenMo. Haven't posted here in a long time but I check in periodically and appreciate the time you take to post, regardless of how infrequently. Cheers!

Hey, Lu. Great to see you again.

Hi Steven! Likewise! Haven't forgotten about you. I lurk and stalk and all that from the dark corner booth of the blog. ;) I promise not to wax poetic but I appreciate that you interact with fans. Life is crazy busy but I love these proverbial beer-thirty's at Sad Sam's. Cheers squared!

Well Im glad to see you out of your dark corner.

Regardless, I think that Wayson may be better looking. I purchased the audio version and it sounded like a radio show. I enjoyed it very much.

I love GraphicAudio. Absolutely love what they do!

My graduation photo from high school! How'd they find it?

I didn't know you had an Audio Book! Wow!!! I'm going to pick it up

The audio productions are plays, complete with sound effects and actors. They're different than traditional audio books. I wasn't entirely sure what to think when they started, but Graphicaudio has completely won me over.

Holy Cow!! The Sound Effects are amazing!!!! So many explosions and weapons firing off!! If one can say lock and loaded... This is IT!

Looking forward to this... Just ordered the entire CD set... Graphic Audio has a discount code on the cdsets on their home page, so it was a great time to scoop up the whole collection... in addition to my paperback copies.

Now I can take them on the road with me. Super excited about that.

David, I think you're in for a treat. Graphic Audio has done an amazing job with these stories. Ken Jackson, who directed the recording while playing Harris, is amazing, and just wait until you hear the way that Elliot Dash brings Ray Freeman to life!

Listened to the first two books during a 14 hour run... thoroughly enjoyed them! They glazed over bits here and there... but I've read them so many times that didn't matter...

Do wish the sound effects had been better balanced. Turn the radio way up to comfortably hear the voices then a broadcast or a particle beam goes off and it's deafening.

Minor complaint though. Very highly recommend.

Yeah, David, I love what Graphic Audio does. If you get a chance, give Batman: No Man's Land a listen. Amazing stuff.

Steven L. Kent said...

And thanks for listening to Wayson!!!

David A. Hendrickson said...

I'll keep an eye out for that one once I get through these.

Appreciate the suggestion, for when I get through these ones.

Really enjoying the adaptation of some of my favorites... kinda embarrassed I waited so long to get these.

I like Graphic Audio in general, but No Man's Land is a particularly amazing one.
